For that reason, I promptly forwarded her my super easy and quick lemon vinaigrette recipe (along with my tahini dressing)! So glad to report that it was a hit with her!

The salad dressing is a bright and Lemon Vinaigrette Recipes. Putting this Lemon Vinaigrette Recipes on a salad will make the salad taste better than it ever has before, and you will never want to use any other store dressing again. Dressings made at home are the best. They are my go-to and my first choice for any project.
Any green salad would benefit from a drizzle of this Lemon Vinaigrette Recipes for salad dressing. Vinaigrette dressings are my favorite because they are lighter than creamy dressings while still imparting a lot of flavor to whatever you use them on.
Ingredients:
- 3-4 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup good quality olive oil (light or extra virgin)
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 pinch each salt and black pepper
- 3 Tbsp minced shallot (optional)
Instructions:
- For best results, blend all of the ingredients together in a small blender to create an emulsion and fully incorporate the shallot. If you don’t have a shallot on hand, just combine everything in a small bowl and whisk.
- Blend all ingredients in a small blender on high until completely smooth and creamy.
- Adjust the taste by adding more salt, pepper, lemon juice, olive oil, maple syrup, or any other ingredient you deem necessary.
- Sprinkle on hot or cold salads, roasted vegetables, and anything else right away! Put it in the fridge for three to four days. Be sure to give it a good shake before using, as the oil may solidify in the fridge.
- The addition of a touch of honey to this dressing takes it to the next level. The sweetness of this complements the tang of the lemon perfectly. Delicious on salads, this dressing is also great for drizzling over vegetables.
