You might not automatically think of “budget break” when you picture Las Vegas, with its neon-lit Strip, flashy hotels, and seemingly endless casinos. While it’s true that a few evenings of cocktails and games at the tables or slots at the machines may put a serious dent in your bank account, savvy travelers can find affordable lodgings in convenient locations without sacrificing comfort or convenience.
Since there are so many hotels along Las Vegas Boulevard (the Strip), even those on a tight budget can find something suitable to their needs in the heart of the action. You could also choose to stay in the downtown area, where the flourishing Arts District is sure to please your artistic inclinations.
These are the greatest cheap hotels in Las Vegas, and they range from huge resorts with major fanciful themes to design-focused locales with a boutique touch.
1. Circa
When Circa opened in 2020, it was the first new hotel to be constructed in the popular Downtown Vegas district in forty years. It’s the ideal starting place for the Fremont Street Experience, a proud and boisterous entertainment district spanning five city blocks. Long before the Strip emerged in all its neon-clad grandeur, this was Vegas’s top playground. The resort itself is competitive with the major players in the city. It has the biggest sportsbook in the world and a 12 meter high HD screen that dominates the pool area. The appropriately called Mega Bar, Nevada’s longest indoor bar, is another example of exceptional service. Its personnel, who are renowned for their juggling skills, serve beverages with flair.
Top Show: Legacy Club’s Live Music Series
Circa features events rather than shows, and the happenings are often stunning. Every Friday and Saturday, Legacy Club’s Live Music Series returns with FREE live music! Artists like Joseph Soul, Dan Fester, and Jase Naron are among those on our November lineup.

2. Luxor Hotel
Another hotel with a major theme is Luxor; this time, it’s Egypt, and the property’s glistening black pyramid has been a popular feature of the south end of the Strip since the 1990s. The enormous sphinx at the entryway and the elevators, sometimes known as “inclinators,” which move nearly horizontally across the triangular structure are two further unique features. The hotel also features a sizable pool deck with daybeds and cabanas along with ornamental columns inspired by Egyptian architecture. While Titanic: the Artifact Exhibition features about 300 artifacts from the wreck site of the tragic passenger ship, the long-running Bodies.. the Exhibition continues to draw large crowds with its grisly displays of human organs.

It also boasts a little rock and roll history: following the property’s 1969 opening as the International Hotel, Elvis Presley resided here from the late 1960s until 1976. Today, some of the most well-known tribute acts in the world perform at an annual summer event held at the International Theater at Westgate to honor the King. Inside, there are cobblestone streets, brownstones covered in flames, and vendors selling hot dogs, pizza, and deli sandwiches in what appears to be a scaled-down version of Greenwich Village. Along with all the typical amenities like a pool, casino, arcade, and Cirque du Soleil show, the Big Apple Coaster is the main draw.
