Method
In a large bowl, flake the smoked kahawai fillets into small pieces.
Add the chopped herbs, sour cream, mayonnaise, wholegrain mustard, lemon juice, sea salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
Add the chopped cooked potatoes to the bowl and mix until well combined.
Divide the mixed salad greens and sliced red onion among 8 serving plates.
Spoon the smoked kahawai and potato mixture over the salad greens.
