I recently tried the Manuka and Ginger Honey Bliss Balls recipe, and it quickly became a favorite snack in my home.

Ingredients
1cupalmond flour4.5 oz
1/4cupcoconut flour1 oz
2tablespoonsgrated ginger0.4 oz
1/4cupManuka honey3.4 oz
1/4cupalmond butter2.2 oz
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1/4teaspoonsea salt
1/4cupunsweetened shredded coconut0.8 oz
1/4cupcrystallized gingerfinely chopped (1.8 oz)

Method
In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, grated ginger, Manuka honey, almond butter, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix until well combined.
Add unsweetened shredded coconut and crystallized ginger to the mixture, and stir until evenly distributed.
Using a cookie scoop or spoon, scoop out portions of the mixture and roll into balls.
Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
It may be helpful to wet your hands with water before rolling the mixture into balls to prevent sticking.Chill the mixture in the refrigerator before rolling to make it easier to handle.
