Ingredients

  • 1 lb cottage cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • Salt to taste

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sour cream, and eggs. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add in the flour and mix until the batter is smooth.
  4. Add in the melted butter and salt to taste. Mix well.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.
  7. Allow the Prijesnac to cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Tips and Tricks

To make the pie easier to prepare, you can use store-bought pie dough and pre-shredded cheese.
