Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs conch or seafood of choice cleaned and chopped
  • 1 red onion diced
  • 2 large tomatoes diced
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper seeded and minced
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped conch or seafood, diced onion, tomatoes, bell peppers, and jalapeno pepper.
  2. Pour in the lime juice and orange juice, and stir well to combine.
  3. Add in the chopped cilantro and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve cold with tortilla chips or crackers.
