- In a large bowl, combine the chopped conch or seafood, diced onion, tomatoes, bell peppers, and jalapeno pepper.
- Pour in the lime juice and orange juice, and stir well to combine.
- Add in the chopped cilantro and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
- Serve cold with tortilla chips or crackers.
