8Argentinian chorizo sausages
8crusty bread rolls, sliced in half
1cupfresh parsley, finely chopped
¼cupfresh oregano, finely chopped

Method
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, mix together the parsley, oregano, garlic, red wine vinegar, and olive oil to make the chimichurri sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Grill the chorizo sausages for 10-12 minutes, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
