Ingredients

  • 2 lbs conch or seafood of choice cleaned and chopped
  • 1 red onion diced
  • 2 large tomatoes diced
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper seeded and minced
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped conch or seafood, diced onion, tomatoes, bell peppers, and jalapeno pepper.
  • Pour in the lime juice and orange juice, and stir well to combine.
  • Add in the chopped cilantro and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve cold with tortilla chips or crackers.
