1lbcottage cheese
1cupsour cream
3eggs
1cupflour
1/2cupbuttermelted
Salt to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sour cream, and eggs. Mix well.
Gradually add in the flour and mix until the batter is smooth.
Add in the melted butter and salt to taste. Mix well.
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.
