Ingredients

  • 1 lb cottage cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sour cream, and eggs. Mix well.
  • Gradually add in the flour and mix until the batter is smooth.
  • Add in the melted butter and salt to taste. Mix well.
  • Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.
  • Allow the Prijesnac to cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Tips and Tricks

To make the pie easier to prepare, you can use store-bought pie dough and pre-shredded cheese.
You can also make the filling a day in advance and store it in the fridge until you are ready to bake the pie.
