¼cupred wine vinegar
2tbspfresh lemon juice

Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Burger Patties:
2poundsground beef
2tspsmoked paprika
2tspground cumin
1tspgarlic powder
1tsponion powder

8burger buns
For the Toppings:
Sliced tomato
Sliced red onion
Lettuce leaves
Instructions
To make the chimichurri sauce, combine all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well blended. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Transfer the sauce to a bowl and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, smoked paprika, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well with your hands.
Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and form them into burger patties.
Preheat a grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the burger patties on the grill or skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
To assemble the burgers, place each patty on a bun and top with a generous spoonful of chimichurri sauce. Add sliced tomato, red onion, and lettuce leaves as desired.
