16cherry tomatoes
1lbred potatoessliced about 1/4 inch thick
1lbfresh asparagus
1tbspolive oil
1/4cupparmesan cheese

Method
Make the marinade by combining the Greek yogurt, the juice of the lemon, thyme, garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, and a few grinds of pepper
Make the garlic marinade, add the marinade to a plastic bag. Add the chicken breasts after pirecing with a fork and leave for 4 hours.
Add the tomatoes, potatoes, asaparagus, parmesan cheese, olive oil salt and pepper and mix together.
Create a campfire with a bed of glowing hot coals. Follow the instructions provided and create 4 foil packets
Add the potatoes evenly between the packets. Place the chicken on top of the potatoes, then the slices of lemon and last the asparagus. Add a tbsp of water to each packet.
Place the packets on a medium-high grill for about 20 minutes, or until potatoes are soft and chicken is cooked. Usually 25-30 minutes.
Open up your packets and serve with additional parmesan cheese and lemon juice.
