Tips and Tricks

Make sure the batter is smooth and free of lumps by whisking it thoroughly.
Allow the batter to rest for about 10-15 minutes before cooking to ensure better texture and easier handling.
Use a non-stick pan or crepe pan and make sure it is properly heated before pouring the batter.
Adjust the heat as needed to prevent the crepes from burning or sticking.
Use a thin, flat spatula to flip the crepes gently, ensuring they remain intact.
Keep the cooked crepes warm by stacking them on a plate and covering them with a clean kitchen towel until ready to serve.
