Tips and Tricks

For a juicier and flavorful beef patty, mix in some finely chopped onions or Worcestershire sauce to the ground beef.
To prevent the burger from falling apart while cooking, make a small indentation in the center of the patty with your thumb.
Add some extra flavor to the burger by spreading a thin layer of mayonnaise or barbecue sauce on the bottom half of the bun.
For a healthier version of the burger, use a whole wheat or multigrain bun and substitute the beef patty with a turkey or veggie patty.
