1bone-in lamb shoulder roast5-6 lbs

Method
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix the garlic, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, salt, and black pepper together in a small bowl.
Rub the herb mixture all over the lamb shoulder roast.
Place the lamb in a roasting pan and pour the broth into the pan.
Cover the pan with foil and roast in the preheated oven for 3-4 hours, or until the lamb is very tender.
