Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 package of Galletas Maria cookies

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip the mixture until it becomes thick and creamy.
  2. Take a 9-inch square baking dish and spread a layer of whipped cream mixture at the bottom.
  3. Place a layer of Galletas Maria cookies on top of the whipped cream layer, making sure they are evenly distributed.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you have used up all the whipped cream mixture and Galletas Maria cookies. The final layer should be a layer of whipped cream mixture.
  5. Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the cookies are softened and the whipped cream is firm.
  6. Once ready, serve chilled and enjoy.
