For the Meat:
- Flour the meat cubes and set aside. In a large Dutch oven, brown the steak on all sides in oil.
 - In the meantime, in a Dutch oven, dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer for 1-1/2 to 2 hours, checking frequently, until the meat is cooked. Cook for another 30–45 minutes, or until the potatoes, onions, carrots, and beans are soft.
 - Cornstarch and water should be combined, then added to the stew to thicken it.

For the Biscuits:
- Flour, baking powder, salt, oil, and milk should be mixed together in a big basin to make biscuits.
 - Add extra milk if necessary to produce a dough that is light and soft enough to stir.
 - Sprinkle over stew by the tablespoon.
 - Spread melted butter on top of the biscuits.
 - Biscuits should be baked, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.

Notes
Brown the beef for added flavor.
Use fresh and high-quality ingredients.
Adjust seasoning to taste.
Keep the stew at a gentle simmer.
Ensure biscuits are evenly spaced on top.
