Ingredients

  • 16 Balmain Bugs (cleaned and halved)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 limes (juiced)
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add the halved Balmain Bugs to the mixing bowl and toss to coat them in the marinade. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes to marinate.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  5. Flip the Balmain Bugs over and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
