Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds lamb meat minced
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 onion medium-sized, finely chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  4. d. Add 1 tablespoon of paprika.
  5. e. Add 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon.
  6. f. Add 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
  7. g. Add 2 cloves of garlic, minced.
  8. h. Add 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped.
  9. i. Add 1 cup of breadcrumbs.
  10. j. Crack 1 egg into the bowl.
  11. k. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly:
  1. a. Use your hands to mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
  2. b. Ensure that the spices are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  3. c. Make sure the egg is fully incorporated and acts as a binder for the ingredients.
Shape the kofta mixture:
  1. a. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions.
  2. b. Take one portion and roll it between your palms to form a cylindrical kofta shape.
  3. c. Repeat with the remaining portions, shaping them all into koftas of the same size.
Preheat the barbecue grill:
  1. a. Preheat the barbecue grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the lamb koftas:
