In a large bowl, mix together the dulce de leche and cream cheese until smooth and well combined.
In a separate bowl, pour the strong coffee.
Dip the chocolate cookies in the coffee, making sure to coat both sides of each cookie.
In a rectangular dish, layer the soaked cookies, followed by a layer of the dulce de leche and cream cheese mixture.
Repeat the layers of cookies and cream cheese mixture, finishing with a layer of cream cheese mixture on top.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm.
Once the Chocotorta has set, remove it from the refrigerator and serve.
