Ingredients

  • 3 lbs beef ribs
  • 3 lbs beef skirt steak
  • 3 lbs pork ribs
  • 3 lbs pork shoulder
  • 8 Argentine sausages (chorizos)
  • Salt
  • Chimichurri sauce

Equipment

  • A grill or a large barbecue pit
  • Long-handled tongs and spatula for grilling
  • Charcoal or wood for the grill
  • Large platters or plates for serving the meat
  • Small bowls for serving chimichurri sauce

Method

  1. Season the meat with salt on both sides.
