Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Argentine Red Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • olive oil spray

Method

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another small bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third small bowl, add the panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Coat the shrimp in the flour mixture, then dip them into the beaten eggs, and finally coat them in the panko breadcrumbs.
  6. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don't overlap. Spray the shrimp with olive oil spray.
  7. Air fry the shrimp for 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside and cooked through on the inside.
  8. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauce.
