32 tortillas flour or corn 1 stick butter 2 lb alligator smoked gator meat 2 lb cheese shredded queso fresco 2 cilantro large bunch 6 jalapenos 6 avocados sliced 1 head lettuce chopped 2 tomatores diced
Prepare the smoked gator meat: a. Slice the 2 pounds of smoked gator meat into thin, bite-sized strips.
b. In a skillet, melt the stick of butter over medium heat.
c. Add the sliced gator meat to the skillet and sauté until it's heated through and slightly crispy, stirring occasionally.
d. Remove the cooked gator meat from the skillet and set it aside.
