Ingredients

For the cake:

For the topping:

  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp cloves ground
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon ground
  • 3 cups peaches peeled and sliced thin

Instructions

Heat the milk:

  • a. In a small saucepan, warm the milk on low heat.
  • b. Avoid overheating the milk.

Mix the wet ingredients:

  • a. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, and salt.
  • b. Stir the mixture until the sugar is dissolved.

Activate the yeast:

  • b. Let the yeast sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.

Add the remaining wet ingredients:
