Laos Mango Sticky Rice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups glutinous rice
  • 5 tablespoons palm sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 mangoes ripe peeled and sliced

Instructions

Rinse the glutinous rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

Soak the rinsed rice in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
