  • 1 lb fish smoked - flaked
  • 1 onion large - finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes medium - diced
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves for serving
