Ingredients

  • 8 cups coffee
  • 8 egg yolks
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

Brew 8 cups of Vietnamese coffee.

  • c. Let the coffee steep for about 4 minutes before pressing or filtering.
  • d. Remove the filter or press and discard the used coffee grounds.

Separate 8 large egg yolks from the egg whites.
