Ingredients

  • 4 ripe plantains
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Peel the plantains and cut them into 1/2-inch slices.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the coconut sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Heat the coconut oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
