1 1/2cupsall-purpose flour
1teaspoonbaking powder
1teaspoonground ginger
1/2teaspoonground cinnamon
1/4teaspoonground nutmeg

1/2cupunsalted buttersoftened
1/2cupgranulated sugar
2large eggs
1/2cuphoney
1/4cupmilk
1cupchopped peeled kiwifruit
1tablespoongrated fresh ginger
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch (23 cm) cake pan with butter and dust with flour.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
In a separate large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy using an electric mixer.
Add the eggs, one at a time, and beat well after each addition.
Gradually stir in the honey and milk until well combined.
Slowly add the flour mixture into the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Fold in the chopped kiwifruit and grated ginger.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
