Ingredients
2cupsof yuca flour
1cupof grated mozzarella cheese
1/4cupof grated parmesan cheese
1/4cupof vegetable oil
1/2cupof milk
1egg
1teaspoonof baking powder
1/2teaspoonof salt
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the yuca flour, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
In a separate mixing bowl, beat the egg and mix in the vegetable oil and milk.
Slowly pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
Place the balls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the pan de yuca for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on the outside and cooked through on the inside.
Serve the pan de yuca warm.
