Ingredients
400gramsDulce de Leche
500gramsCream Cheese
2packetsChocolate Cookies (400g)
1cupStrong Coffee
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together the dulce de leche and cream cheese until smooth and well combined.
In a separate bowl, pour the strong coffee.
Dip the chocolate cookies in the coffee, making sure to coat both sides of each cookie.
In a rectangular dish, layer the soaked cookies, followed by a layer of the dulce de leche and cream cheese mixture.
Repeat the layers of cookies and cream cheese mixture, finishing with a layer of cream cheese mixture on top.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm.
Once the Chocotorta has set, remove it from the refrigerator and serve.

Tips and Tricks
Make sure the coffee is strong and hot to help soften the cookies quickly.Use an electric mixer to combine the dulce de leche and cream cheese more easily.
