Ingredients
2poundsfresh Argentine red shrimp, peeled and deveined
3tbspolive oil
3cloves garlic, minced
2tbspfresh parsley, chopped
2tbspfresh oregano, chopped
1tspsmoked paprika
½tspred pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the fresh parsley, oregano, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir well to combine.
Add the peeled and deveined Argentine red shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until they are pink and cooked through.
Remove the skillet from the heat and transfer the shrimp to a serving dish.
Garnish with additional fresh parsley and lemon wedges (optional).
