Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Argentine Red Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • olive oil spray

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • In another small bowl, beat the eggs.
  • In a third small bowl, add the panko breadcrumbs.
  • Coat the shrimp in the flour mixture, then dip them into the beaten eggs, and finally coat them in the panko breadcrumbs.
  • Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don't overlap. Spray the shrimp with olive oil spray.
  • Air fry the shrimp for 8-10 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside and cooked through on the inside.
  • Serve immediately with lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauce.
