Add plain white flour, cocoa, and vanilla to the bowl. d. Crumble the Weetbix into the mixture. e. Use your hands to knead the dough until all the ingredients are well combined and form a smooth texture. 3. Shaping the Biscuits: a. Take small portions of the dough and roll them into balls. b.
