Ingredients
  

  • 3 bananas ripe
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar white
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon ground
  • 1 pinch nutmeg ground
  • 1 quart oil for frying
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup sugar confectionersfor dusting

Method
 

In a large mixing bowl, peel and mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  1. a. Peel and discard the skin of the bananas.
  2. b. Use a fork or potato masher to mash the bananas to a creamy consistency.
Add the milk, eggs, and melted butter to the mashed bananas.
  1. a. Pour the milk into the mixing bowl.
  2. b. Crack open the eggs and add them to the bowl.
  3. c. Melt the butter in the microwave or on the stovetop before adding it to the mixture.
  4. d. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, white sugar, baking powder, salt, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg.
  1. a. Measure one cup of flour and pour it into the bowl.
  2. b. Add three tablespoons of white sugar to the flour.
  3. c. Add one teaspoon of baking powder to the dry mixture.

Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until you get a smooth batter.
