Ingredients
  

  • 10 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 onion small chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oregano dried can be used
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 salt pink
  • 2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup orange juice sour
  • ½ cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil Extra Virgin

Prepare the citrus juices: Squeeze the sour orange and lime juice into separate containers, making sure to remove any seeds or pulp. Combine the juices into a single bowl.
