Tips and Tricks

Use fresh banana leaves to ensure they are pliable and easy to work with.
If you cannot find banana leaves, you can use corn husks instead.
Make sure to tie the bundles tightly to prevent them from falling apart during steaming.
If you do not have a steamer, you can use a large pot or saucepan with a steamer basket.
