Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with margarine.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated sweet potatoes, coconut milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and flour. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Dot the top of the mixture with margarine.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
