Instructions
Butter or spray and cook spray a deep ovenproof dish and preheat the oven to 350°F.
After 20 minutes of cooking, peel the potatoes. Stop the heat, drain, and set aside to cool.Slice the potatoes thinly and line the bottom of a baking
dish with a fourth of the slices. Add salt, pepper, and butter cubes, and then stir to combine.
Top the potatoes with a quarter of the sliced mushrooms. Season with minced garlic and part of the herbs. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Always start with a layer of potatoes and end with one as you layer again.
Corn flour and cream should be blended until smooth. Sprinkle some salt and pepper over the cream before pouring it over the potatoes.
