Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine:

  • d. 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • e. 2 teaspoons cumin
  • f. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne

Add 3 pounds of alligator meat, cut into 1-inch cubes, to the marinade mixture.
