Ingredients
1 1/2lbsbeef sirloinsliced thinly

1/2tsp.black pepper

1/4cuplime juice
1/4cupfish sauce
1tbsp.sugar
1tsp.chili flakes
1/2cup shallotsthinly sliced
2cupscucumbersliced
2cupstomatoessliced
1/2cupmint leaves
1/4cupkaffir limes leaves finely chopped or minced.
1/2cupcilantro leaves
1/2cupgreen onionssliced
1/4cupbean sprouts for garnish.
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the sliced beef sirloin, minced garlic, toasted sticky rice powder, salt, and black pepper.

c. Sprinkle the toasted sticky rice powder over the beef.
d. Season with salt and black pepper.
