3cupsMasa Harinacorn flour
2cupswarm water
1/2teaspoonsalt
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine Masa Harina and salt.
Gradually pour in the warm water and mix with your hands until the dough comes together and forms a ball.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
Take a ball of dough and place it between two sheets of plastic wrap or wax paper.
Use a tortilla press to flatten the dough into a thin, round tortilla shape (about 6 inches in diameter). Alternatively, use a rolling pin to flatten the dough.
Gently peel off the plastic wrap or wax paper and transfer the tortilla to the hot skillet or griddle.
Cook the tortilla for about 30 seconds on each side, or until lightly browned and cooked through.
Remove the tortilla from the skillet or griddle and place it on a plate. Cover with a clean towel to keep warm.
Repeat the process with the remaining balls of dough until all tortillas are cooked.

Tip and Tricks
Make sure to let the dough rest before shaping the tortillas.
