Ingredients

  • 32 large red king prawns, peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red chili pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped chilli pepper, and fresh parsley.
  • Thread the peeled and deveined prawns onto skewers.
  • Season the prawns with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  • Brush the prawns with the garlic and chili butter sauce.
  • Grill the prawns for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and slightly charred.
  • Remove the prawns from the grill and brush them with more garlic and chili butter sauce.
  • Serve the grilled Argentinian red king prawns hot with your choice of side dishes.
